Surprisingly Good Slow Cooker Dessert

I've heard of all kinds of unusual foods being cooked in slow cookers that had me intrigued. We all know the usual meals that can be cooked in slow cookers: soups, pot roast, casseroles, etc. but have you heard of cookies? I'm all about trying new things in the name of dessert so I decided to give this idea a try. Seriously, being able to put it all together and walking away to do other things while it cooks is such an amazing concept! Whoever invented this appliance is a true genius.

Well..... It worked! I actually made a chocolate chip cookie in my slow cooker. It was easy, it tasted good, and it was soft. You all know I am a marshmallow fanatic so I added my own special twist of marshmallows to the recipe. I'm pretty sure all kinds of other cookie recipes would work too. Might just have to try them out haha.
