A Deliciously Layered Treat

There are a lot of things to love about the summer months. For our family, it’s the outdoor grilling, swimming and cool treats. I love being able to retire the oven for a few months and enjoy cold desserts that are easy to make. Most of the time, those desserts involve one of my favorite cheeses, Kraft PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese. Cream cheese is so versatile, which is why I keep a never ending stash of it my refrigerator. It’s perfect for making savory dips with bacon topping or sweet dishes like cheesecake. And because it’s just so hot outside, a no bake cheesecake is the way to go!

This ice box cake is one cool treat that combines the flavors of a strawberry cheesecake with layers of deliciousness. To get the recipe, click here: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Icebox Cake.
