A Simple, Yet Delicious Peanut Butter Dessert Recipe

I know desserts are a big thing for the holidays so I went with making one this month! I took myself out of my comfort zone and decided to make something I have never made before: fudge. I can't believe I had never made it before and I found out it was super easy to make! I'm going to be trying other fudge recipes to try different flavors out and Cory has already put in a request for me to make a simple milk chocolate fudge since that's his favorite chocolate flavor.

Peanut Butter Fudge
Prep Time: 2 minutes • Cook Time: 6 minutes • Serves: 30

2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

ADD the sugar and the milk into a pot and place over medium heat on the stove. Stir constantly for about 6 minutes, you want it to start boiling. Take off heat and add in the rest of the ingredients.

POUR into a buttered pan and smooth the top. Place in refrigerator to cool down, takes about an hour and cut into pieces once cool.

I surprised my husband with the fudge and made him close his eyes and open his mouth and popped one in. I wanted to get his honest opinion on how they tasted before I told him what they were. I'm tricky that way. Anyway, he really enjoyed it and when I told him it was peanut butter fudge he told me it had the right consistency and everything! I was just really thrilled because honestly I always thought fudge was so hard to make.

Hopefully if you make this recipe you will also agree with me that it was easy to make! Since I'm on a peanut butter kick right now I think I'm going to try these Peanut Butter Cookies recipes.
