S’mores Whenever You Want

My favorite all time recipe for the summer months is s'mores. I love the taste and the texture and just roasting your marshmallow is a ton of fun! My boys even love roasting the marshmallow and enjoying a s'more. But sometimes it's a little time consuming to start a fire just to have a s'more, which is why I created a recipe in which you can have a s'more, whenever you want!

S'mores Push Pop

1 box of vanilla wafers
1 jar (7 oz.) of JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
4 chocolate pieces

Determine how many S'mores Push Pops you want to make. There will be 4 chocolate pieces in each push pop, so you want to count out how many you need. Cut off the tops of the chocolate pieces so the chocolates have a flat surface.

Place 1 vanilla wafer at the bottom of the push pop with 1/4 tsp of the JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme on top. (I use the back of the teaspoon to apply it because the creme can get inside of the spoon. You don't want too much creme but a nice layer is good.)

1 piece of chocolate goes on top of the Marshmallow Creme.

Next, you will get another vanilla wafer; this time placing 1/4 tsp on the top and bottom of the wafer before placing it in.

Then keep repeating the steps with the wafer (Marshmallow Creme on top and bottom) and a chocolate piece on top of the creme. You should get 4 layers in there.

You are done!

I did try doing a mini graham cracker but it was too small, and the bigger ones would have been too big. The wafer may be a different taste then a usual s'more, but it makes it a heck of a lot easier and still tastes great.

Landon really enjoyed watching me make it, and when he got to try it he was so happy! I'll be making it often just because it's fun, simple and delicious. This would be a great treat to serve at a party!

Speaking of parties, I think I’m going to have to make my own Punch one day!

S'mores Push Pops? Yes, please! This crafty twist on the classic campfire favorite means making the s'mores is still as awesome as eating them.
