I am so delighted that spring is finally here.
Spring, glorious spring! I’ve been thinking about all the delicious food that spring brings with it, including Easter recipes, but what I’m most thrilled about is the freedom to get outside more often and enjoy that gorgeous sunshine.
I’ve even been waking up earlier than usual to make a special to-go breakfast for my husband to get his work day started off right. It’s so simple, and such a great alternative to driving through a fast food restaurant for a bite on his way to work.
I found this great grab-and-go breakfast sandwich recipe on KraftRecipes.com.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it’s so important to get a good start in the morning. This warm grab-and-go breakfast sandwich is so yummy and so satisfying.
I also make these sandwiches for my kids, and wrap them up in parchment paper like a real to-go sandwich, even though the only place they’re going is to the kitchen table! So fun!
