what you need
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. steak seasoning
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 4 crusty rolls, split, toasted, and lightly buttered
make it
Brown ground beef, and add brown sugar and steak seasoning.
Then add vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and paste, stir to combine.
Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes longer. Serve over rolls.
