what you need
- 3 to 4 lb. pork roast
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
make it
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crock-pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over roast. Cover.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (I did 1 hour on high and 5 hours on auto-shift).
