Velveeta Noodles and Cheese

what you need
  • 16 oz. extra wide noodles
  • 1 stick butter (1/4 lb) no substitutes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
make it
1. Cook noodles according to package directions (no salt added).

2. While noodles are cooking, melt butter and cheese.

3. Combine all ingredients. Eat immediately.
With leftover Noodles and Cheese I like to fry it until golden brown on one side and then flip, brown other side in a non-stick frying pan with 1 Tbsp. of butter.

This recipe was made by my husband's Grandmother and a favorite at family gatherings. I make it on a regular basis when my Granddaughters are visiting since it is one of their favorites. It is easy to prepare and never fails to please.
