what you need
- 2 cups prepared chicken gravy, leftover is fine
- 8 oz. Mexican Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 12 oz. pepper jack cheese, grated
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green chilies
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
- 1 tsp. chili powder
make it
Heat the gravy over low heat in a medium sized pot. Slowly add the cheeses. Stir this over low heat until it is all creamy and melted. Add the last three items and stir.
Transfer this mixture to a fondue pot.
Serve this with chunks of bread or cubes of cooked chicken.

This sauce is so good. I have been making this for almost 12 years and people just love this. You can even dip tortilla chips in this.
