Category: Appetizers Sub Category: Other Cold Appetizers

what you need
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Dash of salt & black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. dill pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 scallions, chopped fine
  • Spicy Hungarian paprika for garnish
make it
1. Hard boil the eggs. Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthwise and put yolk in bowl. Set the egg halves aside on a serving tray.

2. Mash the yolks with a fork and add the remaining ingredients (except paprika).

3. Spoon evenly into egg whites. Garnish with paprika.
If you can fine the Hungarian paprika it is awesome to have and gives deviled eggs zing.

Enjoy & God Bless.
