Makes: 4 servings Total Time: 1 hr 40 min
Category: Dinner Entrees Sub Category: Pork Entrees

what you need
  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds thin boneless pork chops
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (or regular)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
make it
Brown pork chops slightly in a non-stick skillet. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire Sauce.

When pork chops are brown, place them in a large casserole dish. Cover them with the fresh-sliced onion rings. Top all of that with your soup mixture.

Bake for 1 hour. Makes its own gravy.
Notes
This meal is especially good served with boiled potatoes and green beans.

I find it helpful to line my casserole dish with aluminum foil.

Rated  by SNOOPYLVA on 2/14/2010 I was a little leary with the sauce combo but, these turned out great!! Very tender and a great change from breaded porkchops!!
