what you need
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds thin boneless pork chops
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (or regular)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
make it
Brown pork chops slightly in a non-stick skillet. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire Sauce.
When pork chops are brown, place them in a large casserole dish. Cover them with the fresh-sliced onion rings. Top all of that with your soup mixture.
Bake for 1 hour. Makes its own gravy.
Notes
This meal is especially good served with boiled potatoes and green beans.
I find it helpful to line my casserole dish with aluminum foil.
