Beef and Biscuit

what you need
  • 1 lb. beef
  • 1 can tomato soup condensed
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 large container cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 can flaky biscuits or can make homemade
make it
Cook beef. Drain grease, put back in pan. To beef add tomato soup, 1/2 can water (use soup can), cottage cheese, and 1 cup cheddar. Cook until cheese is melted.

Pour this mixture in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Place uncooked biscuits on top to cover completely. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F until biscuits are done.*
*Allow enough time for the bottom of them to get done. Also may want to check them by lifting up slightly with fork to make sure they still are not doughy.
