what you need
- 4 cubes ice
- 1 cup fat-free skim milk
- 2 individual serving packets artificial sweetener
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
make it
Place ice cubes and milk into a blender. Chop until ice is crushed into a smoothie-type texture.
Add artificial sweetener and sliced banana. Blend again, just to mix and crush banana.
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
Notes
I began making this recipe because I craved home-made banana ice cream while I was trying to do weight watchers. It is a great way to get nutrients and calcium. I often drink it for breakfast.
