what you need
- 1 1/2 pounds fish fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
make it
Place fish in bottom of greased crock-pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook on high for 3 hours or until fish is done.
