what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Sauce:
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Lightly mix ingredients, form a loaf.
Place in a shallow 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. While it starts to bake, combine sauce ingredients bring to boil, and pour over meatloaf. Baste the meatloaf every 15 to 20 minutes.
Notes
You may have to add a little more tomato sauce to pan if sauce evaporates and you still need to baste the meatloaf. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
