what you need
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed, divided
  • 1 package (4 ounce) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 package (4 ounce) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Combine flour, nuts, and butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mix until well blended. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream, spread over crust. Chill for 1 hour.

Prepare chocolate pudding as directed on package and spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill 1 hour.

Prepare vanilla pudding as directed on package and spread over chocolate pudding. Chill 1 hour.

Cut into squares. Garnish with extra Cool Whip.
Great for summertime treats or for any dessert.
