Triple Chocolate Killer Cake

what you need
  • 1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can dark chocolate frosting
make it
Mix cake according to directions.

Bake for 10 minutes using the temperature listed on the cake box. Take from the oven and sprinkle with the entire bag of chocolate chips. Finish baking according to package directions; about 35 minutes.

Cool cake for at least 1 hour. Frost with the dark chocolate icing. Cut into 16 pieces and serve.
This cake is very rich. Everyone who has had it really loved it. The chocolate chips are the secret to this cake. Some sink to the bottom, some tunnel to the center and about half stay on top. Every bite will have yummy soft chocolate in it. Enjoy!
