Lemon Lime Rice

what you need
  • 2 cups white minute rice
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • Zest of 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional ingredients: red pepper flakes, ground red pepper, orange juice
make it
Cook rice per pkg. directions.

Add zests of lemon and lime. Add butter. Add parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. If you like more spice, try a few shakes of red pepper flakes, or ground red pepper.

Mix all ingredients together.
Notes
If this is too dry for your taste, add in a little orange juice.

This recipe can be doubled.
