what you need
- 5 fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
make it
First take the peaches and cut out a hole in the center of each one. Take the seeds out. Next divide the peaches into 6 even pieces. (You may take the skin off if you like but I prefer the skin on.)
Put the slices of peach in a 8x9 inch oven safe glass container. DO NOT overlap. Pour the sugar evenly on top of the peach slices.
Bake for 5-10 minutes at 325 degrees F.
Notes
If there is any extra peaches eat them as a snack while the others are baking. This is a great treat or even a delicious dessert for after dinner. Enjoy!
