what you need
  • 2-3 pounds ground beef
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg per pound of beef
  • Ketchup*

In a large mixing bowl mix together ground beef and Worcestershire sauce and let marinade for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Then after it marinades, add bread crumbs and eggs. Mix thoroughly making sure all ingredients is mixed together.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Then put meatloaf mixture in a pan and cook for at least an hour or until cooked through. Before the meatloaf is done cooking add ketchup* to the top of meatloaf. Let cool before cutting and serve any way you want.
