Low-fat Banana Smoothies

what you need
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 packets artificial sweetener
  • 1 medium ripe banana
make it
In a blender, crush ice cubes in fat-free milk.

When ice cubes are smooth, add artificial sweetener and sliced banana.

Mix until smooth, pour and serve.
