what you need
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Parkay margarine, softened
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup nuts (your choice)
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 jar Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- Whipped cream and chocolate sauce to garnish (optional)
- Rocky Road Frosting:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Parkay margarine, melted
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 (1 lb.) boxes powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream sugar, margarine, and eggs. Mix flour, salt and cocoa; add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla, and then fold in nuts and coconut. Pour batter into a 13x18x1 inch pan.
Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Top with marshmallow creme.
Pour Rocky Road Frosting over cake while still hot. Top with whipping cream and chocolate sauce if desired before serving.
Frosting:
Pour melted margarine into a bowl, and stir in cocoa and half-and-half. Whisk powdered sugar into mixture, followed by vanilla. Set aside until ready to use. Makes 4-5 cups.
Notes
