what you need
- 1 roll peanut butter cookie dough
- 1 package peanut butter cups (in candy section)
make it
Slice cookie dough about 1 in. slices. Cut slices in 4 pieces.
Place cookie pieces in miniature muffin pans. Cook 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Take out of oven and press peanut butter cups in middle of cookie crust. Return to oven and cook 2 minutes. Cool in pan.
Notes
This is a great snack for after school or to take for finger foods.
