what you need
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package potato wedges, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon oil, preferably olive
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salsa (optional)
make it
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Butter large baking sheet. Combine chili powder, salt, pepper, seasoning, and garlic powder.

In large bowl toss potato wedges with half of spice mixture. Drizzle with oil, toss with remaining spice mixture to coat well.

Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake, turning once, until tender and crisp, about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Bake until cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Serve with salsa, if desired.
Your time in the kitchen: 15 minutes.
Ready to serve in 35 minutes.
