Beefy Nachos with Cheese and Salsa

what you need
- 1/4 pound of ground beef, cooked, drained
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 20 restaurant style corn chips
- 1/4 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. medium salsa

In a sprayed, 5-inch fry pan, cook the ground beef until no pink shows over medium heat. Drain fat. Stir in chili powder till well coated. Set aside.
Cover a small cake-sized plate with about 20 round corn chips. Add the beef. Sprinkle Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Top with salsa.
Cover and put in the microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese melts. Enjoy!
Notes
To cut the fat, use lean ground beef and 2 low fat Kraft Singles. To cut time in the kitchen, prepare the one fourth pound of ground beef and store in the fridge in an air tight container.
