Hash Browns with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese

what you need
  • 5 oz. sausage, thawed
  • 3 medium potatoes peeled, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup white onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese
make it
With a sprayed 5-inch fry pan, cook sausage over medium heat until no pink shows. Drain and set aside.

In a 10-inch fry pan, start cooking the potatoes for ten minutes over medium heat. Add the onions and green pepper.

In another 5-inch sprayed frying pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat. Carefully fold the eggs and sausage into the hash brown mixture. Add the Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
If you do not have a second 5-inch frying pan, prepare the eggs and sausage and store them in the fridge overnight to cut down on cooking time.

To cut down on cholesterol and fat, use low-fat turkey sausage or ground turkey and low-fat Kraft Cheese.
