what you need
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups powder sugar
- 1 bag Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
make it
Melt margarine, stir in graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and powder sugar. Press in 9x12 greased pan.
Melt chocolate chips. Spread over peanut butter mixture.
Refrigerate until chocolate sets
Notes
Everyone at my work requests these awesome peanut butter cups on treat days. They are so easy and quick to make.
You might want to cut them when the chocolate topping is just about set up.
