what you need
- 1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie crust
- 1 pkg. (8 oz. serving size) Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding & Pie filling
- 2-3 bananas, sliced
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
make it
Cut pie crust in half; Place both halves in oblong baking dish. Bake until brown
Mix pudding & pie filling as directed on box. Pour in baked & cooled crust. Place banana slices over filling.
Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle pecans & coconut over top.
Notes
I've taken this to reunions, and if you don't tell anyone it's sugar free, they never know it. They always scrape the dish.
