what you need
- 1 pkg. chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (optional)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark vinegar
make it
Cut wing tips off (save for soup). Use wings.
Mix all ingredients & pour over chicken. Marinate for 2 hours, turning every hour.
Cover with foil, and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
Notes
You can use thighs, chicken breasts, or wings. Very yummy.
Use the sauce to put on potatoes, rice, or noodles.
