what you need
- 1 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
- 1 tsp. light chocolate syrup
- 1 packet artificial sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. Cool Whip Lite (thawed)
make it
Heat milk to ALMOST boiling either in the microwave or on the stove top.
Stir in chocolate syrup and artificial sweetener.
Spoon Cool Whip Lite on top to taste.
Notes
This is a very low-cal way to indulge in a late-night chocolate attack! Also good if you leave out the chocolate and add vanilla flavoring to taste!
