what you need
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 can Mountain Dew
make it
Simply mix all ingredients.

Pour into greased Bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Rated  by laurelg1 on 3/11/2008 When I make this cake, I use a lemon cake mix, and add some lemon zest. It is not overpowering at all, but gives a wonderful lemon flavor. The cake is very moist. Also, I mix milk and powdered sugar, with a touch of lemon extract, and drizzle over the top of the cake.
