Pumpkin Loaf Cake

Makes: 2 loaves Total Time: 25 min

what you need
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
make it
Mix all ingredients together; if too dry add a little milk.

Pour ingredients in two loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes. Keep checking on the bread, when you push on the top and it springs back it is ready to take out.
Notes
You can add walnuts and pecans if desired. It makes it taste that much better.
