Hamburger Potato Casserole

what you need
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 5 medium potatoes
- Milk
- Optional: top with marble jack cheese
make it
Lightly brown hamburger and onion. Add salt and pepper. Add soup and paprika.
Peel, pare and slice potatoes. Place half of potatoes in bottom of buttered baking dish. Cover with layer of meat mixture, then another layer of potatoes. Pour enough milk over until it shows around the edges.
Bake at 350 degrees F until potatoes are soft; 1 1/2- 2 hours.
Notes
I had put this recipe in the other day, but with the cream of chicken soup it has even more flavor. Adding the marble jack cheese adds a lot of flavor. Try it with the cream of chicken soup. It is sooooo much better!!!!!!!!
