Smothered Pork Chops with Vegetables

what you need
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 potatoes, sliced in wedges
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
make it
In nonstick skillet, fry pork chops in oil.

While pork chops are frying, pour 4 cups water in slow cooker; stir in garlic powder & salt. Bring to boil.

Add fried pork chops; simmer about 30 minutes.

Add potatoes, onions & carrots. Cook about 30 minutes more, or until chops are tender.
You may add more water if necessary.
