what you need
- 2 Tablespoons onion
- 1 can water chestnuts (drained, do not rinse)
- 2 cans tuna fish
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
make it
Finely chop onion and water chestnuts.
Put chopped onion and water chestnuts into bowl and add other ingredients.
Mix and store in fridge for about 2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld.
Notes
These are really good sandwiches if you like curry. It tastes best if made 2 hours ahead and left in the fridge for flavors to meld. You can also stuff a tomato with this and it is great!!!
