what you need
- 3 cans (14 3/4 ounce) red salmon
- 5-6 crackers
- 2-3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Drain and clean salmon, break salmon up with a fork until fine consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and mix. Salmon loaf should be moist enough to hold together and slightly mushy.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes. You can add onions to this. I prefer it without.
Notes
What takes the time on this recipe is cleaning the three cans of salmon. After that it is easy!! I serve it with boiled potatoes and a salad or corn.
