what you need
- 1 bag (1 lb. bag or box) rotelle
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups KRAFT Parmesan Cheese, room temperature

Cook rotelle as directed on bag/box. Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, smash cream cheese with a fork all around the bottom and sides of salad bowl, evenly-about 1/32" thickness all over. Now pour your ranch dressing evenly-lifting and tilting bowl-all around and over the cream cheese coating. Do the same with the Kraft Parmesan Cheese, sprinkling evenly- while tilting bowl.
Drain the hot rotelle in colander, and then quickly pour rotelle into the coated salad bowl. Toss rotelle and incorporate all ingredients evenly, with a wooden spoon.
Serve immediately with the remainder of your ranch dressing if desired for dinner. If there is any leftover, refrigerate for a quick cold lunch salad topped with ranch dressing.

My kids love this, and love to smash the cream cheese for me! Leftovers are great for barbeque summer salad side-dish also.
