Easy Potato Soup

what you need
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 6 slices Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can Pet milk
  • Kraft Shredded Cheese
make it
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Use just enough water to cover potatoes. Cook on high until fork tender.

Place bacon in skillet, fry until crisp and remove. Use bacon drippings to fry onion till tender. Add soup, milk and onion to potatoes and water. Simmer about 30 minutes.

Crumble bacon in paper towel and place in small bowl. Sprinkle bacon and cheddar cheese on top of soup before serving.
It is the best and easiest potato soup I have ever made.
