what you need
- 1 package (18 1/4 or 18 1/2 oz.) chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup cold water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 3 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup Parkay margarine
- 1/4 cup Baker's Unsweeted Cocoa
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large mixer bowl combine cake mix, water, eggs, oil, and 1/2 cup condensed milk. Beat on low speed 2 minutes.
Pour into well-greased and floured 13x9 in baking pan. Bake 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Top with marshmallows. Bake 2 minutes longer or till marshmallows begin to puff.
In saucepan melt margarine. Stir in remaining sweetened condensed milk and cocoa until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly over warm cake.
Notes
Use Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme in place of marshmallows. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
