what you need
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. season salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. capers
make it
Heat a large skillet to med-high. Coat chicken in a plastic bag with flour and seasoned salt, mixed together. Just lightly coat.
Add one Tbsp. of butter to skillet and add chicken. Cook on one side, without turning, for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Turn, add remaining butter, broken up around the chicken, water, and capers. Cook about 2-3 minutes or until butter begins to thicken and chicken is done.
Notes
Serve hot. It will melt in your mouth. Best with grains.
