what you need
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1 can original Ro*Tel tomatoes
  • 1 package flour tortillas, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
make it
Using a 9" x 13", lightly greased baking dish. Cook chicken breasts approximately 15 minutes, then cool, and cut into bite sized pieces.

Chop and dice bell pepper and onion. Mixing 1/2 package of cheddar cheese with all other ingredients. Then sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
This recipe is great for family, or for special occasions. It is always a big hit! And children really enjoy this one also! Hope you all enjoy it too!
