what you need
- 5 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 5 cups water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
make it
Cook potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and water in a large pot until tender.
Add bouillon cubes. Boil to dissolve. Add chicken soup. Mix well until blended.
Add cheese and let simmer until cheese is melted. Stir frequently so cheese wont stick. Serve.
Notes
To save time you can use cream of celery in place of cream of chicken, and you also don't have to chop celery!
