what you need
- Meatloaf:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup bread crumbs - to your taste/consistency
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup picante sauce
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in covered baking dish.
Bake for about 45 minutes. Take out and top with sauce. Bake about 15 more minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
