Made-Over Scalloped Potatoes

what you need
- 4 1/2 lb. red potatoes, cut in 1/4" slices
- 1 container (10 oz.) Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta Light Reduced Fat Pasturized Prepared Cheese Product, chopped
- 8 oz. chopped ham
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9" baking dish with spray.
Place potatoes in large sauce pan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain water and return to pan.
Transfer 1/4 of potatoes to large bowl. Add sour cream and mash with potato masher. Add Velveeta, ham, and green onions. Mix lightly.
Add mixture to potato slices in pan, stir gently. Spoon into baking dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
