what you need
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 egg white
make it
Mix dry ingredients.
Beat egg yolk, stir in milk and oil. Mix with dry ingredients
Beat egg white until stiff, fold into mixture.
Coat fish with batter, fry in frying pan 2 minutes on each side or until done.
