what you need
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt
make it
Mix hot water and cocoa in separate bowl.
Add water/cocoa mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
