what you need
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond paste
- 1 loaf French bread cubed, mixed with liquid
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced and cubed
- 1 cup slivered almonds, and almonds on top
make it
Blend in blender: half and half, sugar, eggs, and almond paste.
Mix French bread in liquid. Add Granny Smith apples and almonds on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with sugar. Use blow torch to caramelize. Serve with whipped cream.
