Doug's Pizza Dough and Topping

Makes: 4 - 6 servings Total Time: 20 min

what you need
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Dab oil
  • 5 or 6 cups flour
make it
Mix above, kneed it, let rise in warm place for about 1 hour.

Makes 2 pizzas or use half for one.

Don't use butter on tray, it burns. Use Crisco instead.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes
Let stand in pan stretched for 10 minutes before baking.

Good topping: 2 garlic, little oil, tomato paste with water, oregano, salt, and pepper.
