Cream of Portobello and Shrimp Soup

what you need
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp pieces (cooked)
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 2 small cans tomato soup
  • 2-4 oz. medium cream or milk
  • 10 oz. package Phillips Baby Bells Mushrooms
  • Fresh parsley
make it
Heat shrimp in butter until barely cooked (quick).

Heat soup and cream to simmer. Add shrimp and any juice from saute' and portobello.

Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
