what you need
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups peeled, cubed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
make it
Place all in a pot and bring to boil. Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
Take 1 cup out and put in blender. Return to soup. This will thicken it.
To bowls, you may add grated cheddar or sliced knockwurst.
